AKMC4
15 years spent as an MC/Presenter
He has worked as a presenter in many languages; English, Catalan, Spanish, Italian and French, though he admit to being happiest and most comfortable in the first three.
He think he can say that he has covered almost every genre from conventions, congresses, business meetings and incentives to straightforward parties.
The clients have been so many and so varied over the years but here is a little resume of the most significant; Barcelona City Hall, Ascari, Samsung, Lufthansa, Amnesty International, the 19th World Petroleum Congress, or ESOF.
He have regularly worked with Ministers, heads of Government, (local, national and international), reigning Monarchs and the most brilliant and influential from all sectors including business, arts and culture and politics.
His work, though centred around Spain, has also taken him abroad to Britain, Italy, Sweden, Austria, Canada, Germany and France.
Apart from the more conventional venues such as Barcelona’s Fira or the Feria in Madrid he also had the good fortune to inaugurate a Formula 1 race track in Andalucia, extol the virtues of Barcelona as a SITE venue in a business centre in Toronto, conduct a business meeting on a boat on the Seine, entertain in a design hotel on Portugal’s Atlantic coast, improvise in front of a packed house in Barcelona’s Liceu opera or host a wine tasting on a house boat on the Rhine.
The work carried out has meandered between the most extreme protocol in the presence of the Spanish King Juan Carlos I, to the funniest of humour with a marked British way of understanding comedy, although without the accent when required.
Presenting the 2013 Fleet Europe Awards in Prague … the seventh time he have done so, non stop since 2007. This year, 2014, he is heading off to Hamburg.
